LOL! Ah, the joys of a helpful toddler! That is too much fun.
And, in regards to Sourdough, not hard at all! All it requires is a start. You can use a bread machine, although I always knead my bread by hand. If you are interested in pursuing it, email me. I'll set you up with some. :)
